WHOLE 30 MAYO RECIPE
Monica decided to try the Whole 30 diet and I wanted to make her a simple whole 30 mayo recipe. This Whole 30 mayonnaise is incredibly easy to make using clean and simple ingredients and an immersion blender. You can use this Whole30 mayo for a paleo diet as well, and as the base for a whole 30 dressing recipe!

WHOLE 30 MAYO RECIPE

Mayo thats easy to make and amazingly ready for Whole 30
You'll Need...
- 1 Room temperature egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Cup Light Olive Oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Mason Jar
- Immersion Blender
Directions
- Add everything to the mason jar starting with the egg and ending with the lemon juice
- Let sit and settle for 1 minute
- Insert immersion blender into mason jar until the end of the blender touches the bottom of the mason jar
- start with a low setting until you notice emulsification then switch to a higher speed raising the blender to the top of the jar to fully emulsify the ingredients.
- You now have mayo!
