I’ve been seeing Togarashi everywhere lately! Its been on sushi, ramen noodles, I’ve even seen it as a sauce at my favorite Poke Restaurant Island Fin Poke! I came up with a simple recipe to make your own at home!

7 Spice Blend
You'll Need...
- 2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper corn
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 nori sheet
- 3/4 tsp ginger poweder
- 1 1/4 tbls Dried Orange peel
- 1 tbls + 1tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp smoked chilli flakes
- 1 tsp korean chilli flakes
Directions
- Toast the sesame seeds, sichuan peppercorn and poppy seeds in hot skillet until fragrant
- Toast nori sheet over flame or heat until dry roasted
- combine everything else together in spice grinder
- grind until corse
