I needed to try to make the Jackfruit fried chicken first just to see how close it was to chicken, but then I knew I could make the most realistic plant based vegan chicken wing ever using everything I’ve learned in the past!
I knew Mung bean would gel up like a fat because of my mung been noodles!
I made the Soy skin bacon which I knew would make an incredible chicken skin and I taste tested the asian market drum sticks that used the sugar cane as the bone!! Once I put these all together I had it!!
