DIY Spicy Gummy Peppers, and not just any gummy pepper, the worlds hottest gummy pepper candy! I was sent a box of Carolina Reapers along with ghost peppers and scorpion peppers and I thought, why don’t I make some gummy peppers!! MMMM

Spicy Gummy Peppers

You'll Need...

  • Candy Mold
  • Plain gelatin 3 packets
  • Flavor gelatin mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 hot peppers your choice

Directions

  1. chop and stem peppers
  2. Blend peppers with 1/2 cup cold water (blend very well)
  3. Strain through mesh strainer
  4. add flavored gelatin, unflavored gelatin, and blended pepper juice to a medium sauce pan and heat until dissolved
  5. spray mold with non stick spray
  6. use clean eye dropper to fill mold space with gelatin mixture
  7. move mold to refrigerator and let stand for around 1 hour
  8. remove from mold and enjoy

Additional Notes

Keep stored sealed in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days
