DIY Clear Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Its here, its Clear, its a DIY Clear Pumpkin Pie !!!! Wow, this thing is amazing and I had to taste it. This was my favorite taste test I’ve done. I saw the Clear pumpkin pie on Good Mythical Morning and I knew I had to make it. The original was made by a restaurant in Chicago and sold for a ton of money!! They used a rotary evaporator to create the taste!! I took it one step farther and bought some Pumpkin Spice Extract hahahaha


Clear Pumpkin Pie

Prep: 5 minutesCook: 10 minutesYield: makes 1 pie or 6 little piesTotal: 15 minutes

Umm its Clear Pumpkin Pie

You'll Need...

  • 1 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Package of Gelatin
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Spice Extract
  • 1 Pie Crust your choice

Directions

  1. Add Gelatin package contents to 1/4 cup cold water and let sit for 1 minute
  2. Boil 1 Cup Water
  3. Add Sugar to boiling water
  4. Add Pumpkin Spice Extract to boiling water
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in cold water gelatin mixture
  6. Pour mixture into Pie Crust of your choice

Additional Notes

If the pie crust is very cold the clear mixture will soak into the crust less
