Creamy Mushroom Gravy Sauce

This is such a sawesome gravy!! We made it vegan for all of our veg friendly fans!

You'll Need...

  • 8 ouce packet of Mushrooms
  • Clove of Garlic
  • ¼ Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup of Vegetable Broth
  • ¼ Cup of Flour
  • ¼ Cup of Butter (Vegan)
  • 1 tsp of Fresh finely Chopped Rosemary
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Parsley

Directions

  1. Chop Everything
  2. Very Fine
  3. Very Very Fine
  4. Melt Butter
  5. Saute Veggies until water is released from mushrooms
  6. add Veggie Broth and simmer
  7. add Coconut Milk
  8. Simmer
  9. add Flour a little at a time to thicken
  10. add seasonings then stir
  11. Simmer
  12. Pour over food in a joyous celebration of life
  13. Enjoy

Additional Notes

Enjoy this as a mushroom cream soup with added vegetable broth or water... seriously
or add crumbled sausage or vegan sausage to epically enjoy over biscuits. This is a no joke gravy.
